I don't know when I started to choose authors according to style; I think it started when I suddenly realized that whenever I read a book for ‘Najeeb Mahfoudh’ it took a lot longer than others like ‘Yousif Al Siba’si’ for instance, although both had quite interesting plots (at that time). I then realized it was style I was looking for, not content.
I believe that style is as Arthur Schopenhauer said "Style is what gives value and currency to thoughts", I was looking for something that would stimulate my thoughts, trigger my imagination, and inspire me, and I still do.
I also believe that ‘STYLE’ in fashion serves the same concept and moves around the same idea. What men and women where tells you what they think and what they are capable of doing, it either inspires you or sets an example.
I’ve stopped looking for the latest fashion style, I’ve stopped wearing ‘uncomfortable’ cloths just because they are fashionable. I now know what I want people to think of me, I now represent MY THOUGHTS not other’s.
